I arranged for Dan to visit my housebound, 97-year-old, partially-sighted Grandmother, to remove wax blocking the ear in which she wears her hearing aid. She was struggling to hear her family and carers, and her TV that keeps her company all day.

Dan was very friendly, and put her at ease straight away. She was able to stay sat comfortably on her sofa, which was ideal, as she is quite frail and not very mobile at all. Dan removed the wax efficiently, giving her calming reassurance throughout. It only took minutes, but made a huge difference to her hearing and ability to communicate and interact.

We were able to put her hearing aid back in and turn the TV volume back down again, which I'm sure her neighbour will be pleased about too! She was so happy that she could hear again, and enjoy hearing her TV quizzes once more!

I would definitely recommend Dan for wax removal, in the comfort of your own home. The service was fantastic, and even at my Grandmother's age, quality of life means everything. Thank you so much Dan 😊

I visited three audiologists before making an appointment with Dan and the whole service I received from him was nothing short of excellent. The other (larger) hearing centres that I visited made me feel like I was 'just another sale'. Dan however, was completely different, he is an empathetic, knowledgeable, accommodating and professional audiologist. I recommend him unreservedly.

I took my son for ear de waxing, he was agitated and nervous but Dan showed him what he was going to do before doing it and reassured him about the procedure. He calmed my son down and did a brilliant job of removing the wax from his ear.
Would highly recommend Dan and his friendliness and care was outstanding.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I needed support with wax removal. From start to finish the service i received was exceptional. They called back straight away and offered a number of options for an appointment the same week. I had contacted several services, but most could not see me for weeks or didnt respond. I could not be happier with the service I received and my treatment. I will definitely use them again. Very good price.

Dan came to the Rehabilitation Centre where dad was with mobility issues. He also came back to check things were working. The hearing aids have been great. Thank you! 🙏

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I went to see Dan yesterday as I was literally deaf due to a build up of wax over the last few weeks. Dan was amazing and within minutes had solved the problem and removed the wax. He showed me my ears before and after and the difference and feeling was amazing. He is fantastic at his job and to top of off is a really nice guy. I will defo come back if I have any problems on the future and have shared my experience with others who are going to book in with him as it has made such a difference. Thanks again! Dave W

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Needed hearing test as my old hearing aids had given up. Dan's a great guy explained everything took a history of my hearing and conducted the hearing test. Good knowledge of the hearing aids I required and no hard sell unlike the last place I got my hearing aids at. All in all very happy with the service I received. Would definitely recommend him.
